| The tourists undoubtedly have to know some details when they are in the region of the lakes. This holds both for the climatic conditions and for the relief of the cirque. The Seven Lakes area is one of the dangerous places in the mountains as there are avalanches, sheer cirque walls, frequent fogs and thunderstorms, strong winds, abrupt and unexpected weather changes, etc., which pose a risk. Climbing down into the cirque is sometimes like going into an enormous caldron where everything is bubbling and boiling up and is in constant motion. The Seven Lakes district is mostly overcrowded in August. The numberless sympathizers and followers the White Fraternity of Dr. Peter Dynov /the Teacher/ , coming from all over the country and from abroad, lend charm to it. They put up their differently coloured tents and make a camp over the second lake, named Ribnoto. Most heavily visited is the period from 19 to 25 August when a fair is organized.
What do these numerous people do here, high up in the mountains? What is their philosophy? What do they express by their fascinating paneurhythmical movements to the accompaniment of soft, lovely music at sunrise? What is their outlook on nature, world, people and God? What is their ethics and way of life? What do they teach the others? Which is the reason for their increasing influence both in the country and abroad? One can ask a dozen of questions but he can get one of the most important answers to them, concerning Dr. P. Dynov`s doctrine, only in the vicinity of the seven Lakes where the grandeur of nature is in full harmony with the activity of the Teacher1s adherents and sympathizers.
